With this new blog, I'll try to give some investment ideas for friends around the world who would like to manage their own wealth.
I'll try in the future to find a way to make a sample portfolio that would enable you to follow my transactions.
All stocks discussed in this should be seen as "Investment's idea"... Please make your won judgment wheter or not to own them in your real portfolio.
My way of investing varies with the market. (easy to say, isn't it?)
As of late november 2009, I believe that the easy money to make is over and that the market is due for a looong consolidation.. Therefore, imho the best way to be "in the market" is to own "High Yield Dividend" stocks, such as:
NRP (Natural Resource Partners LP): a play in the coal industry. buy near 23. Yield 8+%.
PFF (iShares S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index): buy near 35. Yield 8+%
In this same logic, I own in the energy sector: PWE, OKS, ETP.
Other big dividend play: GSK, BMY, T, MCD
I also believe that Asia, and in particular China, is the place to be for your portfolio growth...
Therefore, I suggest: CHNG (China Natural Gas) around 10$, CSKI (China One Sky Medical) near 14.
APWR (Wind power) preferably near 12... CSR (China Security&surveillance) around 6 & CFSG around 13.
